Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Riad Jadis, we understand that travel plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all our guests and to maintain the tranquility of our boutique oasis, we have established the following policy:
1. Cancellation Notice Periods
Our refund structure depends on how far in advance you notify us of your cancellation:
Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to arrival will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before your arrival date, or “No Shows,” are non-refundable.
2. Room Specifics (Double, Triple, Twin)
The policy applies equally to all room types: Double Room, Triple Room, and Twin Room.
If you wish to reduce the number of guests (e.g., changing from a Triple to a Double), please notify us at least 7 days in advance to avoid being charged the original rate.
3. Non-Refundable Rates
If you booked under a specific “Non-Refundable” promotional rate, the full amount is due at the time of booking and no refund will be issued regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
4. Early Departure
In the event of an early departure after check-in, the remaining nights of the original reservation are non-refundable.
5. Refunds Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that any transaction fees or currency conversion differences from your bank are outside of our control.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We highly recommend that our guests purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover unexpected flight cancellations, health issues, or travel disruptions.
In cases of documented “Force Majeure” (natural disasters or major travel restrictions), please contact us directly at contact@riadjadis.com to discuss rescheduling your stay.
