Welcome to Riad Jadis. By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your reservation.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Riad Jadis and, if required, a deposit has been processed.

  • Identification: In accordance with Moroccan law, all guests must provide a valid passport or national ID upon arrival for police registration.

  • Minimum Age: The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Room Occupancy & Use

  • Room Types: We offer Double, Triple, and Twin room configurations.

  • Capacity: Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for their room type (e.g., maximum 3 guests for a Triple Room).

  • Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is typically available from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM to allow for cleaning and preparation for new arrivals.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Rates: All rates are subject to change but will be honored once a booking is confirmed.

  • Tourist Taxes: Local tourist taxes (Taxe de Séjour) may be charged per person, per night, in addition to the room rate.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and cash (MAD, EUR, or USD) as specified during the booking process.

4. House Rules & Guest Conduct

  • Quiet Hours: To maintain our “Green Oasis” atmosphere, we ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas such as the rooftop terrace.

  • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Riad’s property or furnishings during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

5. Services and Facilities

  • Breakfast: A traditional Moroccan breakfast is served daily in the courtyard or on the terrace within designated hours.

  • Pool & Spa: Use of the plunge pool and spa facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • External Visitors: For the security and privacy of our guests, outside visitors are not permitted in the guest rooms.

6. Liability

  • Personal Belongings: Riad Jadis is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items. We provide in-room safes for your valuables.

  • Travel Disruptions: We are not liable for services provided by third parties (e.g., tour guides or external transport) or disruptions caused by “Force Majeure” events.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • All cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, which dictates the fees associated with the timing of your cancellation notice.
